Tata Cliq - REFUND NOT INITIATED

Respected Sir/madam, On **/**/****, I have booked a voltas split ac for Rs.**,*** through Tata cliq vide order no.********* and made payment online. when I have gone through reviews in Tata cliq, I found that though it is a premium model ac, it doesn't have basic required features like * way swing etc., where many customers are unhappy.
Very next day i.e.*n **/**/**, I have tried to cancel my order but, failed to do so.
Since **/**/****, I have been contacting Tata cliq customer care no.********** and no one has answered my call even I waited for ** minutes. The email id of Tata cliq is not working and my mail has not delivered.
On **/**/****, Bludart courier person called for delivery of item and I explained all of my problems and requested them to return the same to Tata cliq.As per courier policy, they waited upto **/**/** and upon request received from Tata cliq the item has been returned to Tata cliq on **/**/****.
But, till today, Tata cliq has not updated any thing in my account and not initiated refund of my amount.
The ways to contact Tata cliq are not visible. I found in internet that most of the customers have suffered a lot with Tata cliq.
I request your good selves to please help me in getting refund of Rs.**,***/- from Tata cliq.
