I had booked a flight during the lockdown period. the flight Vistara UK-***got cancelled. PNR- W*G*E*. now the airline says that they have shared the advisory to goibibo fir refund. So i should contact goibibo.
Their app is useless. cant contact customer care. when i am trying to book another flight, I am not being able to use that money. there is no option. no refund, no rescheduling. nothing. I am so frustrated. Even after the advisory or the govt, i am not getting the refund.
please help.
