Yatra.Com - Refund not initiated
VISHWAJEET PRATAP SINGH filed complaint against Yatra.Com on Apr 28, 2020
Booked a flight on the Yatra website(ticket attached). The flights got cancelled and rcvd an email confirmation on **th march from Yatra.com. A refund initiation email for inr **,***.** was also rcvd after a query was sent. As per the email the refund should have been credited within *-* working days. I have been chasing Yatra for the refund amount but have not rcvd a single reply. Even though the country is locked down, the refund should have been done by atleast now as it is almost ** days from the date of cancellation.
