Flipkart - Refund not initiated

I ordered Panasonic eluga Ray *** mobile but its audio quality and flashlight was poor, so initiated replacement. Replaced phone was also underperforming and hence requested refund. Technician visited and told me that he has approved the return but flipkart rejected my refund telling that technician has not approved the return. They are sending again technician now, I think again to fool me. See the time line they followed in the evidence which I have attached
