I am highly disappointed with the refund process of Swiggy. It's been * days my refund of Rs.***/- is still not credited to the card through which i have done the transaction.
Details of the transaction are as below:

Date & Time - **-Jun-**** **:**
I have also called the customer care number of Swiggy and they were denying that no transaction has been made of such kinds. It was quite shocking to hear that as i thought they might know all the details of every transaction been made and this kind of response from customer care is simply not acceptable. What surprises me is the most is that for such a small amount i have to make so much of effort and there is no easier way to handle this kind of issues.
I will forward for the response from your end regarding the same.
