Abhay Negi filed complaint against Oyo on May 17, 2019
I was leaving for Manali from Dehradun. I booked through OYO for the check-in time of **-** for night time with hotel Neelgiri. When I got there the hotel said that there is no booking for us. We were denied there but though there was no payment made so it's not a big issue. I again booked another hotel named Snowview holiday home at around ** and I made the payment instantly so my booking is confirmed. But when I called the hotel they said that there is no booking made and there are no rooms empty. The receptionist said to me that you should've confirmed from Oyo first and then I asked about my refund and the receptionist said that the refund will be initiated within *-** days. I came back I checked my refund process and there was nothing. I contacted Oyo they said they'll help and they bought the hotel receptionist on the conference call and the receptionist simply denied saying that we never denied and it was you who never checked in. Oyo is not refunding saying that is the ground team has confirmed that it was your fault. They are doing fraud with the customers. Please help me with my refund as money does not grow on trees.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
