I recently cancelled my order from myglamm as it was not getting shipped for too long and requested for a refund but their customer assistance is not responding to my concern.I also mailed them but still no response from their side. They are continuously providing their customer support link in the email which is again not working.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
