Myglamm - Missing product

Ordered * products on **/**/**** and received the parcel on **/**/**** . But one of the * products was missing. I tried to raise a complaint but their customer support is pathetic. They kept me waiting for almost * hours in messenger. They don't even have any calling facility. And they don't give reply in messenger
