MyGlamm - Myglamm cancelled my order

Dear Voxya,
I am very annoyed due to poor service rendered by myglamm app. I got one coupon on paytm for ordering free products through myglamm site. So, I ordered products after applying coupon code. But, myglamm which promotes fake offers had cancelled my order saying that my order was pending. In fact, their site didn't allow me to use that coupon again to place some another order. I tried to ask the reason through chat but no one replied in person. Also, I tried to call them and explain them whole matter but customer service was not working. In this way, only my time and energy got wasted and nobody in MyGlamm is concerned to help me. My coupon on paytm also got expired. I request you to kindly look into the matter so that MyGlamm can not fool other customers by advertising fake things with attractive fake offers. Please help me to get compensation of ****/- for my time and energy.
