I got a call from this company on *-oct-**** to order one product and I will get a special gift with that I ordered one bedsheet then I got call again and they said I have won I phone and I have to pay **** as gst amount which will be refunded, I paid, next day I called them to cancel my order and refund money they said ok refund has been initiated u will get with in **-** days, now it's above ** days and I haven't got refund and now they are not even receiving call, I have all bills and recordings of call also, please help me
