Big Bazar - Refund not initiated

I got a call from Big Bazar company on *th -oct -**** they said me to order one product from there listed products and u will get assured gift, I ordered one bedsheet for *** then they called me again and said you have won I phone * then they said u have to pay gst amount for **** that will be refundable, I paid then I got call on *th Oct **** they said your item is packed but you have to pay insurance amount for *****-***** it will be also refundable, I doubted and called this company and said I want to cancel my order and want refund they said no problem refund will be initiated within ** hrs, since last evening I am calling them they are not receiving my call and it's now been more than ** hrs, I have all there recordings and bills and mails too , please help me, I will be thankful
