Big bazar - Overcharged no transparency in amount paid and bill given

Total amount charged Rs.*** with UPI transaction ID ************. Tax invoice shows bill of Rs. ***. One product of Rs. ** is missing and no account of extra Rs. ** charged. A total of Rs.*** is missing and no whereabouts. Kindly revert back and refund the amount.
