Tahir Ahmad Bhat filed complaint against Samsung on May 9, 2021
On *rd of April I place an order through samsung shop app and the order number is ***********.
And on *th of april i cancelled that order because my sister got covid report positive and my family is in need of money to treat better my sister.
I call samsung that please initiated my refund, my family is in problem.
Then **th of April i got a mail that we have initiated your refund and it will reflect in your account within *-* business days.
After * days i call samsung, And they initiated refund reversed us back and we will initiate it again within **Hrs. After **hrs i call again and they say wait *-* business days. After * days i call again they say wait * days, i tell him full story that my family is in big problem.
Then they say wait **hrs. After **hrs i call again they say wait * business days.
In between this my sister died on **th of April. And i call samsung and told him that my sister died, please initiated my refund now.
Then they say wait * business days.
After * business days they sai wait more * business days. Then after * business days they say wait **hrs.
After this i call again they say wait *-* business days.
Mai toh apna haq he maaang raha hou samsung sai. Mai extra paisai nhi maang raha hou samsung sai.
But samsung nai toh mere sister ko he maar dala.
Mai aab be keh raha hou please initiate my refund , mere family bohat badi problem mai hai.
