Today (**/**/****) I book Ticket from book my show at *:** PM for show which will be start @ *:** pm in Inox which is situated at Raghulila mall in Vashi.
I reach on the front gate of raghulila mall
@*:** PM I observed there is long qué for anti gen Covidd testing.
Without testing they didn't allowed us to enter inside the mall.
This que was too long I feel that if I stand in the qué it may take * hours to complete testing procedure.
So I meet the security person and informed him yesterday I done antigen test and i have negetive report please allow us to go insite.
But he dined and asked me to fist do testing here get report and then only we will allow you to enter in the mall.
Then I asked this guy from when this procedure is going on here.
Then this guy informed me from the morning this is going on.
If Inox knows all the boolshits then why he didn't informed us at the time of booking.
Just Bcoz if the procedure of their building in which inox is located I can not attend the show.
Then I requested them to please initiate my refund for the same, but they denied for that.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
