I had a confusion that I have booked my ticket for *rd Dec * PM show, however the ticket was actually booked for * PM. We couldn't watch the movie and our entire amount got wasted. I called customer care but they said they can't help in this case.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
