I ordered a sherwani from myntra and it was delivered in the *th week of november and I didn't find it fit for me so I returned and they picked it up on **th of November and since then they haven't send my refund and the cost of sherwani is ****. I've contacted them so many times but the give the same answer that refund has been initiated today whenever I called them (atleast ** times). And I also requested for supervisor's call back atleast * times bit they called me only once (**th of December) and promised me to wait * to * days, and I tried to contact them through contact them and daily I'm sending them in app message through contact ass and they keep repeating the same answer that is The refund has initiated today please wait * to * days.
Today is **th of December a complete month and still they're not refunding my money. Please do something I want my money
