Label Suit - Refund not initiated in original payment mode

I ordered * kurta sets with cash on delivery
When the executive arrived, I collected the package and paid cash. Looking at the pathetic quality, I requested for return. But the company clearly denied and asked to self courier the package to Surat. After multiple issues and arguing for approx * months, I finally did a self courier. But all efforts went in vain when they refunded the amount in their wallet. I clearly told them that the pathetic quality of products, I will never order again from this website and will never use those points, so they should give me refund in original payment mode. But they never agreed. Now i don't even find the website and don't know where my money went.
