SpiceJet airlines - Refund not initiated in case of death of father

My name is Mudit Jethwani and I was supposed to travel with Spicejet Airlines from Delhi to Dharamshala on *th September. However due to sudden demise of my father on *nd september i could't travel and shared my father's death certificate and relation proof with airlines too. I was scheduled to travel with my wife and my * months old daughter for which I paid INR ****. Even in such scenarios I called up customer care and waited for almost ** minutes and explained them my concern and got my ticket cancelled. Later when I asked for refund they asked me to share the death certificate of my father and also all I'ds of travellers with relation. I provided them same and was assured that they will process full refund. Now airlines has refused to refund the entire amount and is only providing refund of INR **** as a voucher.
