travolook - Refund not initiated in account

I booked a flight from travolook on **/**/**** from Delhi to Pune. after the booking i got a call that my flight booking is cancelled by travolook and my amount will be refund within ** to ** days. But after ** days the amount did not reflect in my account, i called them and they said that they will refund within * week, but again i faced the same thing amount did not reflect in my bank account. Then i called them again and they said we will take * more week, it's been over a month the amount is not reflected in my bank account. Please help me to get my full amount and resolve this incident.
