I placed an order of rs *** with kwabey of * tshirts but i got a bigger size than expected so i raised a request for refund and the order was collected back by kwabey on **th of August **** but till date they haven't refunded me back even after multiple reminders to them at their customer care email.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
