Woodland - Refund not initiated despite of returning the item

I ordered a pair of sandals from woodland and received defected product. I sent a mail to iniate the return process and got response on time. I returned the item on *th of March. But I’ve not received the refund…today is ** March. It’s been ** days…I’ve sent a number of mails to them but they just respond with automated mail which says that they’ve initiated the return process. I’ve called the customer care help line number several times…it always comes out to be busy…they make me wait for **-**mins on each call but never respond . I’ve even asked them through mails to contact but they just don’t respond . They never pick any call.
