Flight timing was wrongly mentioned while booking. So i called the airlines directly. They canceled the fight tickets and re- booked new tickets with the correct dates and initiated a full refund.i cant find a refund initiation on the site. It still says that the tickets are confirmed/ upcoming. I tried calling the yatra customer care number which are non operational. I wrote to them about the issue for which they didn’t respond .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
