I have paid **** rupees extra from what was shown in the OYO app for check in. OYO customer service assured me that extra amount paid by me will be refunded after I submit the valid bill receipts after my check out. I also have an email confirmation from OYO guest experience manager stating the same. But now even after * weeks of submitting all my receipts, my refund is not initiated and not getting any proper response from any of the OYO executives.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
