I ordered * number of watches on **/**/****. But the items were not according to our requirement so we returned the items within alloted time period just before the Lockdown. The item may not have reached to the seller because of Lockdown . The seller has rejected the refund saying that the item is not received. We have returned the item so please contact your courier service regarding this problem . And please initiate purr refund.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
