I have booked one pair of shoes for koovs. Com.
The quality was not good so I initiated a return request regarding this.
The company has received the item from my side but after ** days of receiving they are saying that refund is in process and unable to tell that how much time this process will take?
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
