I have ordered a Lenovo ideapad laptop on **th March and order get delivered on **th March . I have opened the package and start using laptop but many keys of the keyboard was not working I immediately called customer care of tata cliq and informed them about the defect , then they said that you have to return the laptop and for that I have to go to Lenovo authorized service center which is ** km away from my house to prepare job sheet which is important to return the order . It was strange for me because I am an active online site shopper. Then on **th March I went to Lenovo service center and ask them to prepare job sheet for laptop . After that I mailed the job sheet provided to tata cliq and then I have to call tata cliq for * times to arrange return pickup for my order . On **th March pickup was done by Xpressbees and on **th March the return was handover to the seller ( Nesco Infosystem Private LTD.) . Then even after numerous calls till now i.e *th April my RS ***** is stuck and they are not giving my refund.
Please please don't buy from tata cliq
