I had bought a complete mobile protection plan with a Realme phone from Flipkart. After few months it had accidental liquid damage which was fully covered under a complete mobile protection plan. So I contacted them and sent my phone back to their service center and they replied saying that they were unable to fix the phone and they will refund the amount instead. It's been more than * weeks now, I am calling them every second day and they are fooling around saying they'll do it in two business days. I am tired of their deceiving behavior, it's causing me mental harassment. Please look into this matter and save me from the fraud I have got into. Thank you.
