My Air India flight was scheduled from Jammu to Delhi on ** Jan ****. The flight No was AI **** and checkin was done at ****hrs. After reaching gate it was learnt that the flight was delayed. However in the info board the status still showed that the flight was on time. There was a never ending wait and at the end of it a rep casually walked over and said that the flight was cancelled.
The time was **** by then. Throughout the day the passengers were not even offered a mild snack. The passengers on repeated enquiry was still made clown saying we are arranging for alternative flight. At the end of the day at **** since I had a connecting flight from Delhi to trivandrum I thought of moving by road.
I my wife and * Yr old son had to move with all heavy luggage in road walking around to find a cab to take us to Delhi. It costed me Rs ***** loss of extra money cos the connecting flight is inevitable.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
