My swiggy order on **th August didn't get place but amount of *** was deducted from my freecharge payment account with respect to order-id ***********. I notified to customer care. They said they will resolve this in * day but i didnt get any reply. Worst refund and support service they have. really disappointed.
They don't even reply to emails.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
