Travolook - Refund not initiate

I booked a flight from delhi to ahmedabad but when the payment was deducted from my acc then travolook shows the fare are increased by flight so your ticket not booked and refund will be processed but its over a month i am just trying to talk them and all their call executives are fooling me to say that wait * or * days amount will be reflect in your acc. I dont understand why these types of companies are not in the government list who fraud with peoples. Its request pls do something i think there are so many victims like me in that types of companies.
