Rajesh SR filed complaint against Jet Airways on Sep 5, 2018
I was supposed to travel from TRV-BLR for a meeting and return as per the following details:
Date, Booking reference with EaseMyTrip, PNR, Ticket number
*W-***, Tue-**Jul****, EMT********, LLQJMV, *************/*/*
*W-***, Thu-**Aug****, EMT********, SCODZF, *************/*/*
The first flight was delayed by over * hours - which meant my journey was useless and asked for cancellation with full refund. The official there (Ms. Vrinda Nair) - obliged the request and told full refund cancellation is done and to contact the intermediary(EaseMyTrip) for the refund.
Came to know from EaseMyTrip that the airline cheated me - went to the Jet airways office at Domestic Airport(Shanghumugham, Trivandrum) and after long discussion the first ticket was refunded. The second one is not yet refunded and was given lame excuses.
The Jet Airways official there was so arrogant and wanted to make me feel that it was my mistake to book ticket with their flight .
Please help with refund.
