I had applied return request of two item.only one is returned order id-SO******** on *nd july.no refund was given nor refund status.when i enquired i was told that wrong product is returned.courier boy by mistake took different item.now they are giving me refund of that product amount ***rs which is actually not returned and not even telling me status of my returned item amount ****rs.they are ignoring my issue .no one is listening ..please help me to either return my product back or refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
