Goair - REFUND NOT GIVEN

My flight on *th June **** was cancelled G*-*** without any prior intimidation.Even the boarding pass was printed on site.When i went to board the flight, the flight was cancelled and there was not attendant available to address my issue.Even the customer care is not responding.I want full refund of my Booking K**DSW , it is still not showing as cancelled on the manage booking section.Such pathetic service.
