I ordered from Hotel malabar through swiggy, order number#***********.
I didn't receive my full order, *chicken biriyani was missing from that order.
I called customer care and received a reply that only one chicken biriyani was available at the restaurant.. But I was not informed of that situation prior.
They didn't refund me money back and asked me to accept a coupon worth rs **(my order was worth rs ***)for the same.i told them I don't want the coupon still they are forcing me to accept the coupon.
I talked with helpline number and got reply that they cannot compensate for my loss and only option left with me is accepting the coupon.
