Hi,
There was some network glitch due to which my GPS was showing some address other than I was currently there. After placing the order,valet said he can't come address is too far. I asked him to come and I will pay extra for the inconvenience.Even though I asked the customer care repeatedly about the issue,they didn't help and cancelled the order before canceling they did not inform about the no refund policy and after cancelling they said that refund is not possible. I did not get the food nor the money back

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
