Swiggy - Refund not given

I tried to order some items from Swiggy on * July **** worth ₹ *** for an address in Bangalore, but unfortunately, my transaction through debit card failed and order was not accepted but the amount of *** was debited from my account. I contacted Swiggy customer service at once and while accepting the fault they sent me two messages approving ₹*** refund with the assurance that I would get my money back and shown in my source account from where I paid in * to * business days. I contacted them a few times again and they again assured me that I would get it back by the end of ** July ****. But on my last chat, the Swiggy assistant told me that there was no amount of my money kept with them.
Under these circumstances, kindly assist me in resolving my problem and take legal action against Swiggy and bring me out of my harassment and sufferings.
