I have placed Order on coolwink.com for power sunglasses (order no. CW************), Because of size issue with sunglasses I requested a return for the product. courier company picked up the parcel on **/**/** (receipt attached). But refund till not received from collwink.com.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
