I have ordered from coolwinks.com eyeglass. I called coolwinks.com customer care before and after order and confirm that I am eligible for this offer or not. They told me that you followed all our terms and condition and you are eligible for ***% money back after ** days of post-delivery order. I called again customer care on *rd June **** and again they told me that you will get definitely your ***% money back in ** hours in your bank account. But now they are telling that you're not eligible for this offer so you will not get money back.
