I placed an order from Keventers on Zomato. I was sending the items to one of my friends. He lives in Delhi. I typed his address and selected the outlet of Keventers which showed on the app and placed my order. After I had placed my order, the app showed the outlet's location to be far from my friend's place. But they had accepted the order so I thought they might have checked the distance and all, and since they are okay, it should be fine. Now when they had to deliver the package, the delivery boy called me and said that your location on the map is Civil Lines. I said it's not civil lines, the address I have given is of Shakarpur, near Laxmi Nagar. But the delivery kept saying that he will go the place which his map is showing. I told him to adjust his map according to my address but he denied. He said he couldn't do so. After that he cancelled the order and said that I would get a refund and after that I should contact Zomato not him. When I contacted Zomato they said that they have charged the money as a penalty for giving wrong address. I kept saying that I had not given a wrong address. The location on their map was wrong. And I hadn't even touched the map. It was not my fault. Why couldn't they adjust the map location? But they didn't listen to me. Didn't even give a reply.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
