I couldn't remember the exact date of the booking. It may be * April ****. I made my bus booking from Chennai to Coimbatore on(**/*/**). It was not booked but they credited amount Rs. *** from my account. I complain through customer care of yatra about * to * times but still, I didn't get my refund back. Please take necessary action to this problem.
