I have returned the product. The refund has initiated on March ** till now I haven't received my amount. If I ask them they are saying ask the bank. In the bank, they are asking for ** digit UPI reference number where Banggoods are saying refund initiated by UPI but they won't have ** digit reference number. They only have an * digit number.
