Red Bus - Refund not given

On *th April ****, I booked a ticket for the journey from Aligarh to Lukhnow by Red Bus. The amount was deducted but the seat was not allocated. The passenger was deboarded from the bus. We have to suffer humiliation, mental harassment and a lot of inconveniences. I could not reach Lucknow on the appointed day. The same day, when contacted their executives they assured refund within ** hours. When contacted next day ** hours time stated. After ** hours seven days, time was told. When contacted again after this period my bank details where asked is as provided. But no refund. When contacted again the date **rd April was given for a refund. When contacted today no fixed date for refund was assured. Repeated also assurances are creating suspicion. My money is lying with RedBus service private limited for fault at their end. This is not fair.
