I booked a ticket from Goibibo online. I made the payment and the payment was successfully deducted from my account. The ticket was supposed to confirm in ** mins which didn't happen instead it has been ** hours or more the ticket was visible in my account. But now even the ticket has vanished. No customer care call received. They just took away the money.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
