I booked * parcels by XPRESSBEES BHUSAWAL (Kiran **********) on ** Apr ****, they are expected to be delivered by ** and ** Apr **** but not delivered .
They receive the Parcel by ** Apr **** SAFELY. Even after one month the parcel is not delivered and there ground staff mark them Damage.
I approach their State Head Mr Vrushabh Galagategar ********** but he said I have nothing to do with it, then I approach their Regional Head Mr Taraknath ********** he said will check and inform you.
Then I mail them on ** Apr ****, no reply from them.
Then Mr Vinod Rathod (Executive Channel Management) mail all above on ** May **** but no reply
I again mail above all on ** May **** but No Reply
I again mail them ** May **** but still No Reply.
Then I approach Mr Jery ********** Customer Service Head ,but till today I did not receive my Refund on Damage Products and Shipping Fees.
One Parcel is of Rs **** and Another is of Rs **** Total Rs **** and shipping Fees Rs ***.** and Rs ***.**.
