I HAVE BOOKED THE PACKAGE TO LADDAKH ON **TH MARCH **** THROUGH MAKE MY TRIP (BOOKING ID : NL*************) AND PAID THE FULL AMOUNT OF RS ******/-, AFTER SOME TIME I HAVE CANCELLED MY TRIP BECAUSE OF SOME PERSONAL REASON AND I AM AGREE TO PAY THE CANCELLATION CHARGES OF ****/- AS PER CANCELLATION POLICY. THEN I HAVE ASKED FOR THE REFUND AMOUNT THEY REFUNDED ME THE AMOUNT OF RS. *****/- ON **TH JULY **** AFTER SO MANY COMPLAINTS AND REGULAR FOLLOW UP OF THREE MONTHS TO CUSTOMER CARE.
NOW THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING FOR THE BALANCE AMOUNT OF RS. *****, I HAVE CALLED SO MANY TIMES TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS, BUT THEY ALWAYS TOLD WE WILL UPDATE YOU WHEN WE WILL GET THE REFUND FROM AIRLINES. EVEN THE AIRLINES REFUNDED THE AMOUNT TO THEIR AGENTS.
REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE CONSIDER MY REQUEST AND HELP HELP ME TO THE REFUND THE AMOUNT OF *****/- FROM MAKE MY TRIP.
