Thirupathi Reddy filed complaint against Swiggy on Mar 7, 2019
I made a purchase of chicken biryani from Swiggy with the spicy restaurant for *** and paid through online but it said payment was failed and for the second time also I made the payment and said the same thing that payment was not completed but my bank account was debited with *** + ***. So as it was not accepting online payment I made cash on delivery for that order. So as I was debited with *** rupees from Swiggy on Feb *th till the day before yesterday they said that they will credit my account. And they didn't do so I reached out to them today and they said that they're not going to credit my amount. So can you please resolve my complaint as it was already almost one month now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
