I had returned a product which was purchased from amzon but they did't refund me. When i called amazon customer service they had raised my complain and they inform me that received counterfeitReturn. Again i had appeal this decision but they did not replied on my email which i tried for * times in every *-* days.
After that i had send the email to their customer service with all details and screenshots of email on which they had replied that used watch was received but i did't order watch it was watch strap.

purchase date = ** January ****
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
