I ordered a Garmin Watch from Amazon online on **th Nov which was not as per my requirement and they agreed to have a refund. The guy came to pick up the product and then in the next ** days, I didn't get a refund, I asked the team and they mailed me saying the they received a different low brand watch than what was delivered. And now they are denying the refund asking me to give the watch back, which I don't have.
How can I give the watch now since I already gave them the watch during pickup.
They are not listening to my queries in any way. This happened in Indore.
Looking for a quick resolution.
