Yatra - REFUND NOT GIVEN

Hi, I booked a round trip to Chennai **th September- **th September ****. I had to cancel the tickets for **th and the airlines themselves canceled the ones on the **th. Now I have been trying to retrieve the refund amounting to a total of ₹*****. The app says that the refund has been generated for the **th September tickets and for the **th September ones they cannot find the refund initiation. Nothing has been credited to my account, it has been two months now. I have emailed Yatra but they keep sending me automated responses that lead me back to the site. This whole process has been extremely frustrating to say the least. There is not a single customer care service or helpline that is working.
