It has been a month of struggling against Myntra for a refund. An order that has to be exchanged was picked up by the person who came to pick up another order for return. Due to this, I still have not recieved my refund or the replacement for the order that the delivery guy took by mistake. Each time I try to go to them for customer service, the one thing they say is they are working on it. It is literally the worst website ever when it comes to returns and exchanges.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.

They refund my amount of *** rupees in July **** and now they say it got expired in Oct ****. They are not ready to credit my *** rupees back to my account.
